Engineering Protocol

The Road to Zero-Failure

Every Atlas Sound & Production engagement follows a rigorous six-stage protocol — from initial consultation through post-event debrief. No detail is left to chance.

01

Initial Consultation

A dedicated project manager contacts you within 24 hours. We discuss your vision, venue, guest count, and any specific requirements — whether you're planning a private celebration or a multi-date tour.

02

Pre-Production & Planning

Detailed technical meetings via Zoom or on-site — conducted entirely in English by our native-speaking team. We review riders, produce stage plots, create signal flow diagrams, and develop a comprehensive production schedule.

03

Logistics & Transit

We handle all cross-border equipment transport, carnet documentation, power assessments, and local vendor coordination. Our logistics team manages fleet deployment from seven European hubs.

04

Soundcheck & Rehearsal

Our engineers arrive ahead of schedule. Full system deployment, line check, soundcheck, and rehearsal — ensuring every element is dialled in before doors open.

05

Live Event Management

Dedicated engineers manage all technical elements throughout your event — from FOH sound and monitor mixes to lighting cues, effects timing, and emergency contingencies.

06

Strike & Debrief

Efficient load-out with full equipment inventory checks. Post-event debrief and client feedback session. For touring clients, advance team moves to the next venue immediately.
