From a field to a five-day production.
We plan, build and run large-scale events across the UK and Europe — from boutique festivals to multi-day corporate productions. Project management, staging, logistics, technician teams and broadcast-ready AV, all under one roof.
Not just equipment. A full production.
When an event outgrows a PA and a few lights, it needs a production company. We take on the planning, the people, the structures and the technology — managing the whole thing as a single, coordinated operation. Whether it's a one-day festival in a park or a five-day corporate event across multiple venues, we build the plan, assemble the team and run it from first delivery to final de-rig.
Every production is assigned a dedicated project manager and scaled with the right specialists — creative directors, staging crews, riggers, sound and lighting engineers, video techs and stage managers — all working from one shared timeline.

The scale we work at
Small Festivals
Single or multi-stage community and boutique festivals with full production infrastructure — from a 500-capacity stage to a 3-day event with multiple zones.
Corporate Conferences
Multi-day conferences with plenary stages, breakout rooms, live streaming and presentation management for audiences from 100 to 2,000+.
Award Ceremonies
Black-tie galas with IMAG camera systems, video walls, walk-up music packages and flawless cue-to-cue show calling.
5-Day Corporate Events
Extended corporate productions with phased build, daily content changes, multiple venues and round-the-clock technical cover.
Everything a large event needs to work.
Project Management
Dedicated project managers oversee every milestone — from initial brief through to de-rig — with live Gantt charts, risk registers and daily progress reports.
Creative Direction
Our creative directors shape the visual and experiential identity of your event, from stage design and lighting concepts to audience flow and atmosphere.
Staging Teams
Structural staging crews build platforms, roofs and truss systems engineered to spec — load-rated, wind-rated and signed off before a single fixture goes up.
Exhibit & Structure Erection
From trade show booths to custom-built festival structures, our erection teams assemble everything on-site safely and on schedule.
Logistics & Transport
Fleet-managed transport, customs handling for European events, and load-planning that ensures the right kit arrives in the right order.
Technician Teams
Sound engineers, lighting designers, riggers, video techs and stage managers — scalable teams that grow with your production.
Timelines & Scheduling
Hour-by-hour build schedules, crew call times, and load-in/load-out plans shared with every stakeholder before anyone sets foot on site.
Corporate AV & Screens
Large-format LED video walls, presentation switching, IMAG cameras and award-ceremony screen packages — fully redundant and broadcast-ready.
Six phases. Zero guesswork.
Every large production follows the same disciplined process — adapted to the scale and complexity of the event. Here's how a typical project moves from first conversation to final de-rig.

Discovery & Brief
We meet with you to understand the event vision, audience, venue, budget and success criteria. Site visits, technical surveys and stakeholder interviews establish the foundation.
Concept & Creative
Our creative directors develop the visual identity, stage design, lighting concepts and audience experience. Mood boards, renderings and technical drawings are produced for sign-off.
Planning & Pre-Production
The master plan is built — equipment specifications, crew schedules, logistics plans, power calculations, structural engineering and compliance documentation. Every detail is locked.
Build & Load-In
Teams arrive on-site and build the production to schedule. Staging goes up, trusses are flown, audio and lighting are rigged, video walls assembled and systems tested and lined up.
Show Operation
The production runs live. Sound engineers mix, lighting operators run programmed shows, video techs manage content, stage managers call cues and project managers hold the whole thing together.
De-Rig & Wrap
A coordinated load-out follows the reverse of the build plan. Equipment is checked, transported back and the production is closed out with a full debrief and post-event report.
The people who make it happen.
A large production is only as good as the team running it. We assemble specialist crews scaled to your event — from a tight five-person team for a boutique festival to a fifty-strong production crew for a multi-day corporate event. Every role is staffed by experienced professionals, not generalists.

Project Manager
Single point of contact owning the master plan, budget, schedule and all stakeholder communication from brief to debrief.
Creative Director
Shapes the visual identity, stage design and audience experience. Translates your vision into a producible concept.
Technical Director
Owns the technical design — power, rigging loads, system architecture and signal flow. Signs off every technical decision.
Staging Crew
Builds platforms, roofs and truss systems. Load-rated structures engineered to spec and signed off before fixtures go up.
Riggers
Qualified rigging teams for flown systems — truss, motors, safety bonds and load distribution, all certified and logged.
Sound Engineers
System techs who design and tune the PA, plus FOH and monitor engineers who mix the event live.
Lighting Designers
Design the lighting plot, program the show and operate live — from architectural washes to full concert rigs.
Video Technicians
LED video walls, projection, IMAG camera systems and content playback — fully redundant and broadcast-ready.
Stage Managers
Run the show behind the scenes — cue calling, artist coordination, running orders and real-time problem solving.
Logistics Coordinators
Manage transport, customs, load planning and on-site vehicle movements so the right kit arrives in the right order.
How a production actually comes together.
Three real production examples showing the timeline, the decisions and the outcome — from first site survey to final de-rig.

Three-Day Boutique Festival
1,500 capacity · 2 stages

The problems we solve before you see them.
Large productions come with large complications. Here are some of the challenges we routinely manage — and how we handle them.
Tight access and load-in windows
We pre-plan every load-in to the minute — vehicle sequencing, lift plans and crew call times are all scheduled so the build starts the moment access opens, not ten minutes later.
Power limitations at remote sites
Our technical directors calculate full power loads in advance and bring silent generators or distribution infrastructure where venue power isn't sufficient. Nothing is left to chance on the day.
European customs and transport
We handle customs documentation, carnets and cross-border logistics in-house. Equipment is load-planned for efficient transport and tracked from depot to site and back.
Last-minute content changes
Corporate events evolve. We build in dedicated content management windows and staff video techs who can ingest new presentations, videos and branding on the fly — even between sessions.
Weather on outdoor productions
All outdoor structures are wind-rated and engineered to spec. We hold contingency plans for high winds, rain and extreme temperatures — including covered alternatives and accelerated de-rig protocols.
Multiple simultaneous stages
Each performance area gets its own system, engineer and stage manager — coordinated under one technical director so everything runs in sync without one stage compromising another.

It starts with a conversation.
Every large production begins with a consultation. We sit down with you — in person or over video — to understand the event, the venue, the audience and the outcome you need. From that conversation we build a production plan, a timeline and a budget. No two events are the same, and nothing is templated.
We'll talk through power, access, sightlines, scheduling, crew requirements, content delivery and contingencies. You'll leave the conversation with a clear picture of what's possible, what it costs and what happens next.
